Today, the process of globalization and globalization of the economy is one of the most important issues in the world. In this process, the manner and rules of trade of some goods with a strategic international trade position are more important. Energy carriers, especially crude oil, are among these commodities that are considered strategic commodities in foreign trade. The inclusion of crude oil among the World Trade Organization commodities has raised various issues. Since the oil price in the market is affected by factors such as psychological factors and supply and demand, the inclusion of oil in the World Trade Organization will, directly and indirectly, affect these factors. Principles such as national behavior can directly affect crude oil demand. Also, the principle of quantitative restriction can directly affect the supply of crude oil. Besides, agreements such as the General Tariff and Trade Agreement, the Service Trade Agreement, and the Technical Barriers to Trade Agreement can influence engineering service providers’ roles at various stages and move them toward competition.

The main objective of the present study has been paid on segmentation of international petroleum product market of Iran based on panel data econometric approach and a new hybrid approach based on data mining algorithm. For this purpose, in the first step data of 35 gasoline importing countries in the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific between 1995 and 2012 were analyzed and through the seven hypotheses the effect of the identified components on gasoline imports have been examined. The results indicate that the market size, economic development, the structure of the free market, pump gasoline price and income elasticity of demand for gasoline have direct and significant impact on gasoline imports. In a second step, by using the identified construct and data mining algorithm named Classification and Regression Tree, international gasoline market were segmented and sequences of transition of importing gasoline countries to different segments identified. Then, sequences segmented by using data mining algorithm such as K-Means, Kohonen and two step. Analyzing quality of segments in terms of Silhouette index shows the superiority of Kohonen Kohonen, so chosen as a suitable segmentation method of sequence.

Nowadays, R& D is becoming one of the most important pillars of corporations. But there are several different and diverse approaches regarding the structure and position of R& D department in corporations. Most of the large companies have in-house R& D department. Except corporate R& Ds, independent research and development organizations have been established in many countries to promote scientific and technological capabilities. Each of these two types of research and development organizations has a special mission and making policies for them requires a particular process. The aim of this paper is to do policy-making for research and development organizations according to idea to-market-process. For this purpose, first, the elements of idea-to-market process and then the types of research and development organizations, including corporate and non-corporate are described. Then different types of structures of corporate R& D (in large organization) will be defined and policies for the duties and nature of their activities in centralized and decentralized sectors of corporate R& D (in hybrid R& D structures) based on the elements of the idea-to-market process are discussed. Next, the proposed principles for the oil industry as the country's largest industry, which has several research and development departments as a case study, have been applied and finally suggestions for improving research and development in the petroleum industry are presented.

The success of capital market investors depends on their mastery of market structure, opportunities and threats, also knowledge of financial market analysis methods. This study, in the time domain of the research (2017 to 2018) and in the statistical population of the research, which is all the companies of the two petroleum and chemical groups of the Tehran Stock Exchange, tries to compare the two analytical methods of CANSLIM and Ichimoku. In this research, while identifying the top stocks based on CANSLIM, the back testing of the Ichimoku trading strategy and its profitability evaluation has been done, and finally, while introducing the adjusted CANSLIM model and appropriate to the Tehran Stock Exchange, the profitability of the combined strategy of adjusted CANSLIM and Ichimoku has been evaluated. The general result of the research was that the profitability of the combined trading method of adjusted CANSLIM and Ichimoku, whose win rate in this research was at least 66%, is more profitable than the investment method based on CANSLIM. In this study, the criteria of new higher prices, market direction, and the institutional sponsorship, which are the constituent elements of adjusted consensus, were recognized as the most effective indicators for identifying superior stocks.

Nowadays, R&D is the one of the most important pillars of corporations.Oil industry is the Iran's largest industry an as a corporation no except of this rule.But various structures and different approaches exist for the position of R& D in corporations' structure.Three major structures have been used more in corporations for research and development, which are: Centralized R& D structure ·Decentralized R& D structure ·Hybrid R& D structure In this paper first, the stages of idea to market process will be described. Then the types of R&D structures in corporations will define and then their position in the Iran's oil industry investigated. Next according to the stages of idea to market process, duties and nature of activities in centralized and decentralized R&D sections in hybrid R& D structures will discuss. Finally some policies and recommendation for the improving the R& D in the Iran's oil industry is presented.

The present research aims to evaluate impacts of crude oil price return index, Bloomberg Petroleum Index and Bloomberg energy index on stock market returns of 121 companies listed in Tehran stock exchange in a 10 years' period from early 2006 to April 2016. First, explanatory variables were aligned with petroleum products index mostly due to application of dollar data. Subsequently, to check variables stationary, Dickey-Fuller generalized test was considered and ARCH test was adopted to check for Heteroscedasticity in error terms and residual values. Finally, EGARCH was used to address model heteroscedasticity. The results showed that variations of Petroleum Bloomberg index, crude oil price and Bloomberg energy index could explain changes in Tehran stock exchange index returns. Any rise in oil prices increases total Stock Exchange returns. On the other hand, Stock Exchange index returns is aligned with Petroleum Bloomberg index. at the same time changes in Tehran stock exchange index returns was reversely correlated with changes in energy index return among others.

In this study, leaming intensity is measured in terms of labor cost savings and productivity growth through experience, as well as the effects of mergers  and acquisitions on technology learning using a learning curve and its effects on the performance of oil, gas and products companies. Oil listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange will be evaluated.The novelty of this article is to explain the direct and indirect effects of M&A (mergers  and acquisitions) in technology learning that leads to the learning curve model with the M&A factor in the oil, gas and petroleum products It can be seen that traditional learning through experience has not reduced costs by increasing cumulative production in refineries and petrochemical companies. Economies of scale have also failed to reduce operating costs by increasing production at refineries. Learning by research in refining and petrochemical companies has also reduced operating costs by a year, but is less severe. This study also shows that there is no direct effect of mergers and acquisitions on technology learning in the combination of refining and petrochemical companies. In addition, the indirect effects of mergers and acquisitions on technology learning are seen only in petrochemical companies.

The present study seeks to analyze Iran's oil extraction and export behavior within the framework of membership in OPEC as an important player in the oil market and to propose a policy for the post-sanction period. The analysis of strategic relations shows that oil economies differ in terms of the economic, demographic and petroleum components, and the need for oil revenues. Thus, these countries can be classified into two types of saver and expender, with different rates of depreciation. This typology and bargaining between the two groups largely determines the behavior of the players within OPEC. Accordingly, after designing an innovative model and estimating it during 2001-2017, the results indicate a strong and significant relationship between discount rate of oil countries with the previous components. In particular, oil market faces an increasing impatience and general tendency to accelerate oil exports in response to the emergence of shale oil and the change in oil market outlook. Accordingly, Iran's current role in OPEC seems nonoptimal, and economic, demographic and oil components indicate the need to adopt and enhance Iran's extraction capacity and recovery rates, while continuing membership in OPEC.
